Career Chat

Overview

Career Chat is the week-1 Gradio “Me” app from 1_foundations. Visitors chat with a resume-grounded Career Agent; tool calls can record contact interest or unknown questions and push via Pushover.

System design

• Resume as context. Summary, resume PDF, and work-sample PDF text shape the system prompt before every reply.
• Tools for side effects. record_user_details and record_unknown_question are explicit function calls, not free-form claims.
• Gradio surface. Local ChatInterface hosts the conversation; OpenAI gpt-4o-mini runs behind the Me class.
