Coder Crew

Overview

Layer 4 Collaborate on the Mental Model. Coder is a one-agent crew: a Python developer that plans how the solution will work, writes the code, runs it (Docker-safe), and checks output for {assignment}.

Behavior

• Prompt Chaining + run check. Role text forces plan → write → run → check instead of a single dump; failures retry up to the agent limit. See Building effective agents.
• Assignment-scoped. Goal text injects {assignment} for each run.
• Safe code execution. allow_code_execution=True with code_execution_mode="safe" (Docker).
• Minimal crew. No manager layer; the coder owns the whole loop and writes output/code_and_output.txt.
